In this role, you will play a key part in supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting to drive business performance and strategic decision-making across operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term strategic plans.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including variance analysis.
Collaborate with teams across departments to gather and validate financial data.
Identify financial risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights.

For this position you should already reside near Venlo.

Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a global or e-commerce environment.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with expertise in financial modeling.

Proficiency in financial planning software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Basic knowledge of global markets and sales channels is a plus.
