Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead and oversee the marketing strategies for the high value segment of Transportation within Graphics Solutions EMENA. This requires ownership of developing and executing innovative marketing plans that align with business goals of delivering growth and profitability expansion. As a key leader in the marketing department you will lead the Transportation Segment Product Marketing Team as well as collaborate across functions and regions.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to grow in the high value Transportation segment. (includes Automotive Aftermarket, Automotive OEM and Rail)
Identify market trends, customer insights and competitive landscape to develop growth opportunities and innovation in terms of product, service and channel to market.
Lead segment OGSM creation and implementation.
Enhance brand positioning and visibility in target markets and develop strategies to engage and grow customer loyalty.
Lead, mentor and inspire the Product Marketing team fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Oversee hiring, training and performance evaluations of team members.
Monitor budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree.
9+ years business experience emphasising sales & marketing.
Minimum 3 years managerial experience developing high performance teams.
Strong financial and business acumen.
Experience in strategic leadership and negotiation.
Possess strong leadership skills with a focus on team development, training and motivation.
Has experience and skill set in project management.
Strong teamwork and relationship building skills.
Ability to lead the team in championing new business ventures.
Looks beyond existing methodologies and their own discipline to define and resolve complex problems.
Excellent verbal & written communication and presentation skills.
Experience in planning and forecasting, with practical experience in researching new opportunities and implementing successful market penetration.
Strong customer focus and orientation.
