Aetina Europe B.V. is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to improve our brand recognition and help boost our financial growth. This is an exciting opportunity to create action plans and sales strategies that will help us reach our growth initiatives — including new customer acquisition and account management.

Aetina Corporation was founded in 2012 in Taiwan as a key subsidiary of Innodisk Corporation. Aetina is a leading provider of AI solutions that offers a wide range of Arm, x86 AI computing systems, platforms, hardware, and software tools for use in AIoT and edge computing. Aetina’s integrated solutions leverage NVIDIA AI technologies such as NVIDIA Jetson SoMs, GPUs, AI development and deployment software suite, and other AI chipmakers’ ASIC-based processors.
Aetina Europe B.V. was established in Eindhoven since Jan 2022. This new location strengthens Aetina’s global presence and offers a single location for sales, technical support, and product development. As sales you will be mainly responsible for managing the customer accounts and finding new potential customers to improve our business in Europe. You will look for new system integrators, distributors, or potential customers. You will also gather information about our competitors and come up with action plans on how to sell Aetina’s products.
Your tasks and responsibilities :
- Responsible for regional channel & key account sales management and development.
- Establish a strategic relationship with customers, provide timely feedback to customer needs, and improve satisfaction.
- Contact potential customers, research organizations and individuals to find new business leads and opportunities, establish new OEM / ODM customers in Europe.
- Manage and generate revenue in terms of turnover based on company goals.
- Leading, directing, coordinating the product management and operation team to be able to achieve sales and bottom-up objectives.
- Support development of strategies and ideas to assist business growth. Support execution of business plans as required by the business development manager.
- Support business development manager to implement the action plan.
- Conduct regular customer visits on a regional basis to increase value while attracting new ones, provide product training and business proposals.
Who are you? / What you’ll need :
At least 2 years of experience in sales and / or business development in computer or IT peripherals related industries.Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience is required.Business Fluency in English, professional knowledge of more than one of the main languages of the area is a PLUS (German / French / Italian / Spanish).True relationship builder with excellent communication skills.Solid communication skills in both verbal and written, good presentation and influencing skills.Knowledge of the IPC or GPGPU market, strong customer relationship focus, proven track record in leading the supporting business development initiatives is a plus.Experienced in the hardware specification of embedded & industrial computing boards, computing technology, x86, AI ASIC and embedded software is highly desirable.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to details and ability to resolve complex issues.What does Aetina offer you?
