Manpower is looking for a client seeking a Software Engineer in the Randstad.

As a Software Engineer, you will perform the following activities :

Software Development : Design, implement, and maintain Java-based applications
System Design : Contribute to software architecture and design decisions
Testing and Debugging : Write unit tests and debug software to ensure quality
Code Review : Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality standards
Collaboration : Work closely with other engineers and teams to gather requirements and deliver features

Working hours :

The working hours in this full-time position are between 32 and 40 hours a week.

Minimum Requirements :

At least one year of experience in Java development

Availability of 32 hours per week

Experience with as many of the following as possible :

Java / Spring Boot within a microservices architecture

AWS services and cloud deployment

SQL and PostgreSQL database management

DevOps practices and tools, including Kubernetes, Terraform, FluxCD, and Helm charts

Container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes

CI / CD Tooling such as Git / GitHub and Maven

Monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana

Issue tracking systems, such as Jira

Technologies like jOOQ, JUnit4 / JUnit5, Rabbit MQ, JPA, Swagger, Spring MVC, Docker, Helm, Gradle, Flyway, IntelliJ, PostGIS, (GEO) JSON, Git, REST, and OPEN APIs, MongoDB

Audio / video codecs such as RT(S)P, H.264, MP4, and AAC

Frontend frameworks like AngularJS, ReactJS, or Vue.js

Experience with Python / Django or TypeScript / React is a plus

Living near the Randstad is a bonus but not mandatory!
