Introductie

We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Project Manager to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of state-of-the-art data centers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project execution, from initial concept through to completion, ensuring that our data centers meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and efficiency.

Functieomschrijving

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of data center projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, procurement, and operations, to ensure seamless project integration.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement contingency plans as necessary.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the project team.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the data center or technology infrastructure industry.
  • Strong understanding of data center design, construction, and operational requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software and tools.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.
