SharePoint Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled specialist to join our team for a 6+months project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the MS SharePoint migration within our infrastructure environment, working closely with our IT department.

Working Mode : Hybrid

Start Date : ASAP

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the MS SharePoint migration project from start to finish.

Collaborate closely with the IT department to ensure a smooth transition.

Develop and maintain a detailed project plan to ensure scope management.

Implement strong scope, planning, and change management practices to prevent project delays and scope creep.

Apply knowledge of standard engineering processes.

Manage stakeholders effectively, addressing their concerns and ensuring their cooperation.

Requirements :

Extensive technical and functional knowledge of SharePoint, with experience completing similar projects multiple times.

In-depth knowledge of SharePoint technically and functionally, including the ability to move documents coherently and analyze current shared (network) folder setups.

Proven expertise in scope management to keep the project focused and on track, with a strong plan, scoping, and change management practices to prevent the project from spiraling out of control.

Familiarity with standard engineering processes.

Proficiency in working English; Dutch language skills are an advantage.
