As a Revenue operations and collection specialist you are supporting the commercial and finance team in different operational and administrative processes. You work accurately and have a critical mindset. In your role you act as a gatekeeper between the commercial and financial organization, where you assist in Order-to-Cash processes such as Order Confirmation creation, subscription maintenance, invoicing and cash collection.
In addition to taking care of administrative and operational tasks, it is your responsibility to improve and automate these processes as you go, in order reduce manual work. You work together with a Sr. Support and Operations specialist in your region, who can support you in developing the required knowledge and delivering high quality output.
