We are currently looking for an experienced FX & Liquidity Planning Specialist to join our team as we expand our financial operations into the EU region. The role is based in Amsterdam , one of Europe’s key financial hubs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee short-term liquidity planning across business units
  • Calculate and analyze the FX position of the Group and its subsidiaries
  • Develop and implement FX risk management strategies and policies
  • Structure and execute FX hedging instruments
  • Collaborate with international and local banks on currency operations
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with EU and Ukrainian FX regulations
  • Support end-to-end execution of currency-related transactions
  • Coordinate with foreign banks and internal treasury teams

Your Profile :

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within a large corporation or financial institution
  • Solid understanding of FX markets and liquidity management
  • Strong knowledge of Ukrainian FX regulatory framework is a plus
  • Fluent in English (minimum B2 level); other European languages are an advantage
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
  • Understanding of holding structures and cross-border financial operations
