Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalentExperience in international corporate FX position or a similar positionExcellent leadership, able to work in virtual global teams.Ability to swiftly execute tasks without compromising on the precision - adeptness at balancing speed and quality is crucial.Systematic approach to problems and solution finding with competence to prioritize tasksDemonstrated analytical abilities, exceptional problem-solving prowess, and a keen eye for detail.Effective communication skills, both in writing and speech, paired with a natural inclination to foster relationships.Background in fast-scaling startups or major global corporations is an advantage.Project management experience is a plusCPA or CFA are considered a plusWrites and speaks fluent EnglishIt's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plusKey Responsibilities
Ensure sufficient supervision for timely execution and monitoring of the hedging program to avoid any delay / fail tradesEnsure operational risks are well identified and managed, and where required, escalated properly.Continuous improvement in Productivity to the standards prescribed for the processes from time to time.Managing and optimizing global FX risks and processes.Developing and implementing hedging strategies for balance sheet and cash flow.Consolidating and analyzing forecasted FX exposures.Proposing and executing FX trades using trading platforms like 360T.Handling month-end reporting, including mark-to-market valuations and assessing hedging effectiveness.Liaising with financial institutions to negotiate favorable FX rates.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align FX strategies with overall business objectives.Monitoring global currency markets for trends that could affect company positions.Educating and advising company stakeholders on FX risks and opportunities.Implementing technology solutions for more efficient FX management and reporting.Practicals

The base salary range for this full-time position is$44,000USD to $98,000USD . Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands.
