In this position you are the Manager of a team of over 45 consultants and engineers divided in sub-teams. You have strong leadership skills and experience to manage the team and coach the individuals to a higher level. The engineers are assigned to different projects and customers and work in the project teams with various disciplines together to achieve project goals.
On a daily basis, the Team Manager Engineering is responsible for the allocation of the engineers and focuses on the optimal deployment of their technical competences and soft skills. Additionally the Team Manager oversees project and customer requests, and if necessary recruits the most suitable consultants and engineers.
Main assignments are :
- Improve the drive to achieve the desired results (result driven). Achieve the assigned goals, like deployment, growth, and development.
- Improve quality awareness. The quality of the processes and deliverables should be acceptable for the customer but also clear for the supplier and assembly. Engineers should be aware of the risks and impact of the quality and find the balance between quality and time.
- Success requires a tenacious and strong personality, so that you are able to realize improvements in a structured way and focus on the result.
- You are a solid conversation partner, sociable, able to motivate your team, and clear in your expectations.
- The Team Manager will report to the Director ESNL.
