About the Role

We’re seeking to expand our team by hiring another Community Associate to help oversee the daily operations in Amsterdam. As the face of RIVVIA, you’ll ensure a welcoming environment, smooth office operations, and exceptional member service.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Leadership : Act as the primary point of contact for members and visitors, managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a welcoming and professional reception experience, including handling parcels and deliveries.

Office Operations : Oversee daily office logistics, including supplies, vendor coordination, and kitchen restocking, to ensure the workspace remains fully functional and organised.

Facility Maintenance : Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented workspace by addressing maintenance needs promptly and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Community Engagement : Foster positive relationships with members, providing exceptional service and supporting their day-to-day needs.

Reporting and Coordination : Regularly update the Operations Manager on space usage, maintenance issues, and member feedback to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in a similar front of house role, office administration, or customer service.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

A proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Passion for delivering outstanding service and fostering community.

Possesses confidence in a client-facing role, including managing phone inquiries and engaging with a diverse range of new individuals.
