Your role in CtrlChain :

Our Finance team currently consists of 1 Finance Director, 1 Business Controller and 1 Financial Controller and 1 Financial Administrator, and we are looking to add another Financial Administrator to our team in Eindhoven. Our team is small and focuses on automation to be able to scale. We believe that getting the job done is just as important as having fun while doing it. We’re an informal, low-hierarchy team, where your ideas matter, and collaboration is key. The role is perfect if you love variety and enjoy handling different aspects of finance—from accounting and reporting to tax and compliance. As a Financial Administrator, you will be working on various tasks, such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, preparing payments and assisting on Reporting for one or more of our international entities, of course with guidance from our Business Controller.

Tasks :

Accounts receivable : Invoicing, Debtor Management, Dispute Management, etc.
Accounts payable : Processing & Automating inbound invoices,
Preparing payment runs;
Various month closing tasks;
Processing bank statements;
Tax Filing;
Accruals & G / L Accounting;
Various other tasks which will be needed to maintain the administration.

Requirements

Who you are :

Bachelor in Finance, Accounting or comparable;

2-5 years of experience in a Finance Administration role;

Experience with Excel and other tools;

Experience with ERP Systems, preferably NetSuite or Exact Online;

Knows how to set priorities in a fast-changing environment;

Positive attitude and work mentality;

Understands the need of digitalization & automation;

Socially adept, since there will be a lot of internal and external communication;

Experience in the Logistical or Software Development sector is a plus

Proficient in English;

Proficient in a 2nd language is a plus in our international environment
