Our client is a fast growing leader in the European logistics market. As part of their growth plans, they are now looking to bring on board a Senior Treasury Analyst, who will be based in their Amsterdam office, reporting to the Treasury Director, and supporting on daily cash management operations.
Responsibilities :
- Control established In-House banking structures (cash pooling, distributions, contributions, settling of intercompany interest, fundings, drawdowns; etc) and potential invest the excess cash in money market deposits
- Liquidity management & maintenance of current cash forecast models
- Coordinate proper documentation of existing processes within operational cash management and provide instructions for more efficient processes
- Support the Treasury Director in cash management operations related to capital markets (including payment processes, intercompany loan management), maintain an overview on bank account structures and controls as well as associated interaction with banks
- Assist with bank account opening and / or closing processes
- Assist in handling ad hoc queries relating to Treasury & Capital Markets activities
- Act as a team leader within the cash management group
Requirements :
Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or equivalent5 to 7 years’ experience in treasury, capital markets or corporate financePast industry experience in real estate is beneficialExperience and clear understanding of cash management activities such as : treasury management systems, in-house banking, payment factories and bank connectivityExperience with bank account opening processes, SWIFT payment processing and reporting, and KYC proceduresProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with tools such as Tableau or PowerBI will be advantageousTeam player with strong interpersonal skillsStrong analytical, quantitative / technical skills, time management and multitasking abilityOutstanding communication skills (both written and spoken) in English.The SR Group (UK) Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
