An exciting opportunity has arisen for a French Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a leading international display solutions manufacturer. This role is based in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands, and offers a competitive salary between €45,000 and €55,000. The successful candidate will be part of a friendly and professional team, working closely with the finance group and reporting directly to the CFO.
What you'll do :
As a French Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions and ensuring the smooth operation of the accounts receivable function. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include reporting on aged AR status, handling incoming payments, managing customer queries related to accounts receivable, maintaining customer master data, processing customer credit and debit notes, contacting customers via email for remittance advice and payment reconciliation. You will also contribute to achieving accounts receivable performance standards and participate in process improvement initiatives.
What you bring :
The ideal candidate for this French Accounts Receivable Specialist position brings along fluency in both English and French languages. You have at least three years of relevant financial accounting experience within a small or medium-sized company. Your solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 (particularly MS Excel) coupled with your experience using ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Navision) sets you apart. You possess an analytical mind and excellent organisational skills. Your customer-oriented approach, attention to detail, and respect for internal procedures are commendable. You demonstrate a high commitment to your job, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a high degree of accuracy.
