As a Customer Success Manager , you’ll hit the ground running and take ownership of a diverse customer portfolio. You’ll have the autonomy to design and execute strategies that ensure your customers get maximum value from Eye Security’s solutions – all while fostering long-term, trust-based relationships. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll be a key driver of customer success, from onboarding to retention and everything in between.
Your Key Responsibilities :
Lead and Build Relationships : Own a portfolio of customers, guiding them toward success with tailored strategies that drive adoption and retention.
Spot Opportunities, Drive Growth : Using your sharp analytical skills, you’ll not only keep customers happy — you’ll uncover new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Be the Voice of the Customer : Advocate for your customers inside Eye Security, ensuring their needs are heard and their feedback is actioned.
Collaborate for Success : Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and other teams to deliver seamless experiences and innovative solutions that wow your customers.
Use Data to Fuel Decisions : Track customer health metrics and turn insights into action, ensuring that every customer relationship is not just maintained but grown .
What You’ll Bring to the Table :
Experience : You’ve already spent years in Customer Success , Account Management , or a similar role — and you know what it takes to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Skills : You’re a master at verbal and written communication, both in Dutch and English . You’re comfortable with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and have a strong analytical mindset that allows you to turn data into actionable insights.
Customer-Focused Mindset : You’re obsessed with your customers’ success, always seeking to understand their challenges and opportunities.
Tech-Savvy : Experience in SaaS or a similar environment? Even better.
