Your Mission :

As our Marketing Manager (part of our Management Team), you will not just follow a template—you will have the creative freedom to create and execute marketing strategies that will define our future. You will be the mastermind behind campaigns that inspire, engage, and convert. You will work alongside our visionary leadership, talented sales team, and cutting-edge product developers to drive growth and impact across Europe and beyond.

What you will do :

  • Be the Visionary : Design and lead XD Connects' global marketing strategy—tailor approaches for different markets and distribution channels, from big fairs to Omni channel digital campaigns.
  • Crack the Code : Use market insights, competitor analyses, and sales data to discover new opportunities and optimize our go-to-market approach.
  • Drive Digital Excellence : Lead our social media strategy, make our websites and web shops shine, and introduce innovative e-commerce tools that redefine our online presence.
  • Master of Multitasking : From managing marketing budgets to rolling out European fairs and catalogues, you will oversee every aspect of our marketing universe.
  • Make an Impact : Present market trends, campaign results, and KPIs to our Board, your work will steer big decisions.

What we are looking for :

  • You have the Experience : 5-7 years in a similar role, with proven success in digital and offline marketing (and yes, catalogues still matter to us) and bonus points if you have Nima A / B.
  • Creative Data-Driven Thinker : You are equally comfortable creating killer campaigns and diving into the data to track success.
  • A Fluent Communicator : Dutch and English are necessary.
  • Innovative and Collaborative : You think outside the box but work well with others to turn vision into action.
  • You Live and Breathe Marketing : You know the latest digital tools and trends like the back of your hand.
