In this role, you will provide top-notch technical support directly at their clients' locations, playing a crucial role in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as configuring and maintaining their IT infrastructure.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve a wide range of issues with hardware, software, and operating systems
- Operate independently or as a key member of a collaborative team
- Install, upgrade, and support end-user workspace hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and video / conference equipment
- Analyze and resolve errors, maintain hardware, install / remove workstations, configure new software (IMACD), and manage user accounts via Active Directory
- Deploy software and operating systems using SCCM or other deployment technologies
- Document your problem-solving approach and resolutions in a ticketing system
- Manage IT assets effectively and efficiently
- Proven experience with onsite support and ticketing systems
- Proficiency in Windows and a variety of software applications
- Expertise in Managed Print Service (MPS), and configuration of mobile phones (Apple and Android) using MS Intune and MS Office 365
- Bilingual fluency in Dutch and English
- Strong customer-oriented approach
