Do you enjoy working with plants and have a keen eye for detail? Join our team as a pollinator at an innovative agricultural company in Bergschenhoek. We are looking for a precise, flexible, and motivated person – if that’s you, this job is a perfect fit!

As a pollinator, you will play a key role in the development of new crops. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Hand pollination and crossbreeding of plants.
  • Castration and processing of plants and seeds.
  • Accurately recording and verifying data.
  • Tasks requiring manual precision and high concentration.
  • Close cooperation with the team and adherence to plant growth schedules.

Working Days : Monday to Friday, 07 : 00 / 07 : 30 - 16 : 00

  • Experience in pollination.
  • Proficiency in English or Dutch.
  • Precision and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and the ability to work in a team.
  • Own transportation to work.
  • Salary : €15.87 per hour + raises and bonuses according to the collective labor agreement (CAO).
  • Overtime bonuses (up to 200%).
  • Travel reimbursement : €0.23 per km (from 5 km).
  • Work in an international, innovative company with the possibility of long-term employment
