Job Title : IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM) Lead

Location : Amsterdam, Netherlands

Work Type : Hybrid (2-3days onsite in a week)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM) Lead to join our client’s Identity & Access Management team based in Amsterdam. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ISIM v6 / 7, with strong hands-on experience in developing and supporting complex identity management solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM) solutions.
  • Develop and troubleshoot ISIM workflows, provisioning policies, roles, and adapters.
  • Integrate ISIM with enterprise systems such as SAP, Active Directory, Databases, and HRMS.
  • Perform advanced LDAP directory management and troubleshooting (e.g., IBM SDS, Active Directory).
  • Develop custom scripts using JavaScript, Shell, Jython, and other scripting languages for automation and customization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand access requirements and implement Identity Governance solutions accordingly.
  • Ensure alignment with ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
  • Provide L2 / L3 level support for ISIM-related issues and enhancements.
  • Document configurations, procedures, and workflows according to security and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM v6 / 7).
  • Hands-on experience with ISIM provisioning workflows, adapters, policies.
  • Solid understanding of LDAP directories (IBM SDS, Microsoft AD).
  • Proficiency in scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Shell, Jython).
  • Integration experience with systems like SAP, databases, HRMS.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
  • Sound knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • IBM ISIM certifications are a plus.

    • Desirable Skills :

  • Experience with IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM), SailPoint, Saviynt, Tivoli Directory Integrator (TDI).
  • Understanding of Java scripting and database structures.
  • Experience in IAM product migrations or hybrid IAM environments.
