For our client in Den Bosch, we are seeking a motivated Junior Operations Coordinator to support operational processes within a dynamic international environment. This part-time position (20-24 hours per week) focuses on complaint handling, goods return processes, and service database administration.

Key Responsibilities of the Junior Operations Coordinator :
Complaint Handling :
- Ensure all EU complaints are processed and maintained within the required timeframes.
- Accurately update and manage the EU complaints dashboard.
- Communicate EU complaints to suppliers in compliance with applicable regulations.
Returns Handling (RMA) :
Manage returns related to complaints, including hardware returns to the EU Distribution & Service Center and disposable returns to the U.S. headquarters.Handle shipments for disposable returns (trunk stock, consignment, hospitals).Coordinate shipments for hardware exchanges.Manage spare parts shipments for customer or on-site engineer needs.CRM and Field Service Management :
Create and manage service cases.Prepare service quotes for customer-owned activities.Generate work orders for required service activities.Manage (spare parts) inventory and book parts for work order activities.Create service invoices based on quotes, activities, or service contracts.Additional Responsibilities :
Perform effectively in fast-paced conditions.Use good judgement to make decisions.Prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.Collaborate successfully with various teams.
