What are you going to do?

As a Business Development Manager, you will be the main point of contact, building strong relationships with corporate clients and develop strategies for the future.

Tasks and responsibilities :

  • You’ll be a trusted partner to your clients, building and managing strong, long-term relationships.
  • By deeply understanding their needs, goals, and challenges, you’ll become the go-to person for any questions or obstacles they face.
  • With a creative approach to relationship management, you’ll drive business outcomes while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • You’ll be well-prepared for every interaction, ensuring smooth follow-ups that maintain momentum.
  • By gaining a deep insight into each client's challenges, you’ll uncover hidden opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, driving revenue and enhancing client value.
  • Your expertise will allow you to craft compelling value propositions that differentiate us from the competition, positioning our solutions as the ideal choice.
  • You’ll excel in negotiation, securing win-win contracts that benefit both the client and the company. Additionally, you’ll proactively manage risks in commodity trading by implementing strategies that minimize market, credit, and operational risks.
  • Consistently aiming for excellence, you’ll look for ways to boost performance, track key metrics, and provide insightful reports to both internal teams and clients—ensuring continuous growth and outstanding client satisfaction.

Job requirements :

  • Bachelor or Master degree
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, business development, project management, or any commercial, business development jobs
  • Experience with corporate clients is a must
  • Good communication and language skills; English is a must
  • Willing to travel internationally
