Provide legal support to various departments on a broad range of corporate commercial agreements, projects, and disputes, across the EMEA region. This includes business development, industrial, public tender, and M&A projects;

Brief and manage outside counsel in multiple jurisdictions;

Provide general legal support to various departments including trade, treasury, and finance.

Who are we looking for?

For this position, we are looking for someone who :

  • Has an eager, independent and flexible work attitude and is able to work well under pressure;

  • In this supporting and demanding role we require :

  • Qualified common or civil law lawyer with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a corporate legal department or law firm;
  • Experience in cross-border corporate commercial transactions and disputes, competition law, M&A, and project managing legal projects is preferred;
  • Good knowledge of English Law is preferred;
  • Competent contract drafting skills;
  • Well organised, attentive to detail, and excellent communication skills with the ability to work with professionals at all levels of the business;
  • Fluency in English (corporate language);
  • Strong MS Office skills.
