Job description

What you’ll do

We are looking for two part-time office managers to become part of our team. As our Office Manager (part-time), you will be the first point of contact for our team, visitors, vendors, and customers. You’ll be the person who makes everyone feel at home while helping us maintain an inspiring, efficient, and welcoming workplace. In this role, you will :

  • Be the driver of our office vibe : Our kitchen is what brings us together any time of the day, so you make sure that it is well stoked, inviting, and ready. You manage the daily lunch for everyone at the office.
  • Be the face of the office : Welcome visitors, support team members, and represent our culture with kindness and professionalism.
  • Manage office operations : Ensure meeting rooms are ready, office supplies are stocked, and the environment is tidy and organized.
  • Oversee facilities : Maintain relationships with cleaning services, suppliers, and the landlord, ensuring the office remains a comfortable place to work.
  • Create community : Coordinate fun team events, cultural lunches, and celebrations to keep the team connected and engaged.
  • Support logistics : Manage mail and shipping, and handle arrangement for trainings, off-site meetings, and (international) travel.

Qualifications

Who are you?

Honestly, we don't even need to spell out this role for you. You live and breathe it. What clicks with our team is someone who has  high-energy, is positive, flexible, resourceful and solution driven, can team up with diverse stakeholders, can organize, multi-task, keep the overview and control, and gets things done. Someone who gets a kick out of driving team spirit. Someone who leaves a mark!

Next to that you :

  • Are a resident of The Netherlands and have a permanent work permit (we do not sponsor visas nor relocations) – and you are happy to commute to the office everyday you work.
  • Demonstrate exceptional English communication skills (written and spoken). Dutch is a plus.
  • Have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar role or taking care of similar responsibilities in a dynamic international environment.
  • Driver license is a plus.
  • Have a degree in facility management, hospitality or equivalent is a plus.
