YOUR TASKS

Responsible for the daily management of facilities, including hard and soft services at Arvato.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to optimally organize our services and maintain the facility in excellent shape.

Organize workspaces, meeting rooms, catering, cleaning, and work instructions.

Execute projects, including creating project plans and maintaining contact with external parties.

Monitor facility processes, initiate improvements, and communicate planned work to operations.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You hold an MBO4 / Vocational + or Bachelor's degree in facility management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Either you are a recent graduate in Facility Management, or you have several years of work experience at the vocational (MBO) level.
  • You excel in communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective collaboration.
  • You have a service oriented attitude and you are able to act is a fast-paced organization
  • You have demonstrated the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a focus on teamwork.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other facility management software to enhance efficiency.
