Currently, were improving our Business Lending processes as a part of business banking. The new processes will be supported by a new self-build technical solution. An important part of the new technical solution are two new portals : one for our customers, and one for our co-workers. Therefore, we are looking for a Front-End Developer to join us on this journey!

How you will make a difference You will help us to finance change to change finance, by contributing to our new self-build technical solution of our Business Lending processes which are in the core of our organization : empowering other organizations to make impact by providing them loans to make money work for positive social, environmental and cultural change. As a part of your tasks :

• You will take the lead in developing our new customer and co-worker portals.
• You will contribute the more detailed design of our new self-build technical solution for Business Lending as a part of the development team.
• You will work closely together with other colleagues within your development team to realize an efficient development process.
• You will find connection with other Front-End Developer within other development teams to share experience, gather knowledge and create best practices.
• This domain operates in an international context and affects all our branches : NL, BE, DE, ES and UK. Therefore, there are also technical challenges to balance local differences on the one side, and a wish for a more aligned way or working on the other, which you will be a part of.

Your future colleagues

You will work for the Software Solutions department at Triodos Bank's head office in Driebergen-Rijsenburg. The department has twenty-four teams, divided over mainly functional domains. Priorities are broadly determined for each domain by a Domain Board. We used to have one development team in the Business Lending domain.

Currently, we are building up a second team. You will be part of one of the development teams in this domain. Next to working closely together with a development team, you will also be part of the Development Guild. Together with Developers from other domains, you share knowledge and experiences, and as such you are contributing to the development of this role within Triodos.
