As the first and last point of contact, you'll handle guest check-ins and check-outs, provide information, and manage administrative tasks. Working day, evening, and night shifts, you create a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring guests' expectations are exceeded.

We are looking for :
Someone who has previous hotel Front Office experience
Is comfortable with flexible shifts; throughout the week and weekend
Has exceptional communication skills in English
Is able to handle guest requests and complains personally
