The Site Manager has the overall operational responsibility for Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) on site and the directive decision-making authority for all daily service operations. Provide visible, strong, and active EHS leadership within the Site and Project. Responsible to ensure the issuance of EHS standards, regulations, and procedures to ensure a #Homesafe environment and to perform within your leading function as a role model.

Responsibilities

  • Preferably with a technical background.
  • Manage up to 15 technicians and lead daily operations for teams of up to 80.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, schedule, cost, and quality targets.
  • Actively manage risks and implement countermeasures for deviations.
  • Provide functional leadership to site teams, including planners, technicians, and stock keepers.
  • Improve and contribute to service KPIs and reporting.
  • Serve as the primary site contact, representing the service project to the customer.

Minimum Requirements

  • Knowledge of health and safety legislation.
  • Hold a valid driving license (B).
  • Proficient in IT, communication, presentation, organization, and company procedures.
  • Experienced with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and familiar with Office 365 and other Microsoft applications.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch fluency is preferred.

    • Competencies

  • Experience in coordinating / managing service operations, especially for offshore wind turbines.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.
  • Responsible for environment, quality, safety, and operational topics.

  • A gross monthly salary of up to €4.500
  • A 13th-month payment, prorated periodically
