Summary of the role

As a Market Data Compliance Officer, you'll play a crucial role in our internationally-focused team dedicated to market data compliance. You'll be an integral part of our Market Data Compliance and Operations department, contributing significantly to our Market Data Compliance Program.

In this exciting position, you'll conduct comprehensive audits from start to finish, ensuring adherence to market data compliance standards. Your meticulous attention to detail and analytical skills will be instrumental in identifying and addressing compliance issues within our clients' organizations.

As a valued team member, you'll actively contribute to the development and refinement of our Market Data Compliance Program. You'll work closely with colleagues internationally to ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day compliance activities and provide valuable insights to enhance our processes.

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure Market Data Utilization Alignment : Lead efforts to ensure organizations adhere to agreement terms regarding Euronext market data usage, fostering compliant and mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Proactive Best Practice Advisory : Proactively guide organizations on best practices for utilizing Euronext market data, empowering clients to optimize usage and drive efficiency.
  • Global Compliance Management : Develop and manage a global pipeline of compliance audits, ensuring efficient licensing and usage reporting to maximize revenue potential.
  • Internal Collaboration for Success : Foster internal communication and collaboration to exceed compliance revenue targets, driving collective success and organizational growth.
  • Robust Reporting and Analysis : Generate comprehensive reports providing insights into data permissions and usage, facilitating effective audit outcome negotiations.

Profile

  • Relevant Higher Education : Hold a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field from a reputable institution. Your academic background will provide a solid foundation for understanding the complexities of financial markets.
  • Financial Market Familiarity : Possess a strong familiarity and understanding of financial markets and their participants. Your insights into market dynamics will inform strategic decision-making and drive compliance excellence.
  • Proactive and Initiative-Driven : Display a proactive, flexible approach, with a natural inclination to take initiative. Your proactive mindset will drive continuous improvement and innovation within the compliance framework.
