We are looking for an enthusiastic F&B Supervisor for our hotel in Amsterdam North.

Someone who can also take on operational tasks and knows how to run a bar-restaurant or a breakfast buffet.

You need to be up-to-date on the HACCP rules and be in possession of a Social Hygiene Certificate .

Our bar / restaurant is open from 3 : 00 PM to 11 : 00 PM, 7 days a week. This may become 4 : 00 PM - 12 : 00 AM in the future. No night work. Our sumptuous breakfast buffet and sandwich bar are also open 7 days a week, with breakfast shifts from 06 : 30 to 14 : 30.

Your operational tasks are drawn up in your schedule in consultation with the F&B manager. This includes :

  • Ordering via our internal system
  • Creating the schedule
  • Training / updating team members

We are a nice little international team. The bar team consists of 3 / 4 people, and the breakfast crew consists of 5 / 6 people. The F&B manager and the F&B Supervisor participate in the schedule. It is essential for you to be fluent in English; speaking Dutch is an advantage but not necessary. To begin with, you will be part of the bar team for 4 nights a week.
