We are looking for a skilled CDaaS engineer to join our team at NN and help us achieve our goal of becoming a socially responsible tech company that delivers digital products our customers love. As a CDaaS Platform engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the engineering journey within NN by ensuring that tools like Azure DevOps, GitLab, SonarQube, and GitHub CoPilot can be used.
The NN CDaaS Platform consists of two teams that have complementary responsibilities. Within the infrastructure team, we make sure that tools are available, secure, and correctly set up. The CDaaS enablement team is responsible for additional security and compliance measures on these tools. This team also ensures that there are integrations between the tools and certain capabilities are exposed for other consumers within the company.
Both CDaaS teams have a disciplined way of working that directly contributes to the personal growth of team members. Pair- and mob-programming are common practices, as is dedicated time for individual learning and very short feedback cycles. Our engagement aims to support the migration of tools towards Software as a Service (SaaS) and organize the life cycle management of CDaaS tools, reducing the workload for the team and improving the efficiency and quality of our services.

Our domain is responsible for optimizing the NN engineering experience and delivering a frictionless and integrated engineering journey while supporting the software delivery lifecycle with CI / CD solutions. We measure success using DORA metrics and prioritize optimizing DevOps teams' performance. Team events are regularly organized, contributing to a scale-up type of culture, highlighting energetic and empowered engineering and product teams.
