What will you do

  • 10% Achieve the highest conversion by defining the best leads and which initiatives you can use to reach them
  • 60% Guiding sales qualified enterprise leads through the customer journey
  • 5% Improving the outbound strategy
  • 5% Optimizing customer journey touchpoints
  • 5% Monitor customer journey conversions and metrics
  • 10% Determine proof of concepts and proposals together with sales engineers
  • 5% Collaboration with customer success for a good onboarding and transfer

You work together with the Sales Development Representatives, Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and Marketing. Together you form a multidisciplinary team that works together to have the greatest possible impact.

You get energy from closing deals and you are creative in thinking about how you will achieve your goals.

We've worked hard to get the company ready for scale. That is about to happen in the coming months, so there are many new leads and developments coming up to which you will contribute!

Your profile

  • You are an independent thinker, creative, and proactive in finding the best solutions
  • You are familiar with the engineering / construction market
  • You know how to reach and engage the right people
  • You speak and write fluent English and Dutch
