What does your day look like as a Payroll Advisor
As a Payroll Advisor you are the link between our external payroll provider and all GXO employees (a total of +4,000 employees). You check, challenge, and optimize the payroll process of our external provider. In addition, you are the second line of contact for questions about salary-related topics and associated laws and regulations. You process mutations who are not digitized. In this role, you will report directly to the HR Manager Payroll & HR Support BENE Payroll Team Lead.
