Job Description :

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the store's overall performance. You will monitor various sales indicators, such as revenue, average purchase value, conversion rate, productivity per hour, and team goals.

Responsibilities :

• Drive sales by providing excellent customer advice
• Participate in administrative management, HR, and logistics
• Serve as a key communicator between the Store Manager, sales team, and headquarters regarding company policies and values
• Assist in talent development
• Act as the responsible person on-site in the Store Manager's absence, ensuring smooth operations
