Develop and execute a comprehensiveproject management plan that aligns with project scope, timeline,and budget to ensure maximum project effectiveness and teamengagement.
Lead and motivate team membersthroughout the project lifecycle, fostering a positive andenergetic work environment.
Manage stakeholdercommunications, particularly during critical milestones such asFactory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests(SAT).
Oversee all aspects of quality controland ensure the highest safety standards are maintained throughoutthe project.
Collaborate with commissioningengineers and site supervisors, ensuring smooth transitions fromproject execution to after-sales support.
As asenior project manager, you will be challenged to advance to aprogram manager role for our largestclients.
Functie-eisen
A minimum of 7 years of experience as aProject Manager in multidisciplinary projects with a focus onelectrical engineering.
Strong communicationskills and the ability to build positive relationships withclients, colleagues, and suppliers.
PMP or IPMAcertification, as well as VCA VOL or ISO 45001 (formal OHSAS)safety certification.
A Bachelor’s or Master’sdegree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or Power SystemsEngineering.
A positive attitude with strongorganizational, planning, and problem-solvingskills.
Willingness to travel approximately 25%of your time to sites or factoriesworldwide.
