  • Develop and execute a comprehensiveproject management plan that aligns with project scope, timeline,and budget to ensure maximum project effectiveness and teamengagement.
  • Lead and motivate team membersthroughout the project lifecycle, fostering a positive andenergetic work environment.
  • Manage stakeholdercommunications, particularly during critical milestones such asFactory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests(SAT).
  • Oversee all aspects of quality controland ensure the highest safety standards are maintained throughoutthe project.
  • Collaborate with commissioningengineers and site supervisors, ensuring smooth transitions fromproject execution to after-sales support.
  • As asenior project manager, you will be challenged to advance to aprogram manager role for our largestclients.

Functie-eisen

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience as aProject Manager in multidisciplinary projects with a focus onelectrical engineering.
  • Strong communicationskills and the ability to build positive relationships withclients, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • PMP or IPMAcertification, as well as VCA VOL or ISO 45001 (formal OHSAS)safety certification.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’sdegree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or Power SystemsEngineering.
  • A positive attitude with strongorganizational, planning, and problem-solvingskills.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25%of your time to sites or factoriesworldwide.
