Job Purpose :

The Marketing Assistant supports the Brand Managers and cross-functional teams of the Netherlands LOC. This role is critical in supporting the execution of the operational plan of the brand and requires seamless coordination within the cross-functional team to ensure excellence in execution. The Marketing Assistant will assist with tasks, allowing the Brand Managers to focus on the strategic and tactical activities of the brand plans.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Co-develop promotional materials (detail-aid, leave behind, etc.).
  • Content development.
  • Handling contracting (notably event management) and sponsoring processes.
  • Support the marketing team's daily operation and work with the business unit for execution.
  • Coordinate with the cross-functional team to align on marketing activities.
  • Coordinate and support logistics for events.
  • Support the marketing team on promotional events, including planning and proposing.
  • Assist with the planning, organization, and execution of brand-related projects and initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support as required.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business, or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital tools.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and independent.
  • Good communication skills and a fast learner.
  • Energetic, passionate, and with a can-do attitude.
  • Good command of written and spoken Dutch & English.
