Role Description

This full-time, on-site role as a System Project Engineer at MAAS Internal LogistiX in Oss, the Netherlands involves developing and implementing logistics systems for clients. You will ensure seamless technical alignment between the client, project team, and internal engineers across all project phases. Additionally, you will create and manage all documentation necessary to describe the functional design of the required systems.

Qualifications

• Identifying and understanding customer needs throughout the project.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously with varying durations.
• Developing the functional design and determining the technical approach for the system.
• Documenting the design using industry-specific 2D and 3D modeling software and functional specifications.
• Implementing safety features and defining functional acceptance criteria.
• Analyzing acceptance results and making improvements to the system.
• Conducting client visits.
• Presenting, discussing, inspecting, and testing systems during the final implementation phases.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in the logistics or warehouse automation industry is a plus.
