The production of corrugated cardboard and its processing into packaging is a very specific process. This process begins at our corrugated cardboard machine, where sheets of corrugated cardboard are made. These sheets are then processed into boxes in the Processing department by cutting, folding, printing, and punching them. All of this is done according to specific designs, qualities, and sizes that are unique for each customer.
As a Team Leader, you ensure the best team performance and act as the point of contact for the team. The main goal is to achieve maximum machine output in accordance with the schedule together with your team. Safety, quality, and expertise are the driving pillars. You ensure that your team can perform to their maximum potential.
You are responsible for the different parts of the production process. Additionally, you are alert to opportunities to optimize the process and come up with improvement proposals to produce the best cardboard and packaging. Work is carried out in a 3-shift service.
