HR Generalist

Location : Amsterdam, Netherlands

Are you passionate about creating a positive employee experience and driving HR excellence in a dynamic, mission-driven environment? We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team in Amsterdam. This role offers the opportunity to work in an innovative and collaborative setting, supporting key HR functions that enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across departments, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and interviewers.
  • Collect and consolidate interview feedback to support hiring managers in decision-making.
  • Manage onboarding processes, including documentation collection and employee record maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company requirements by maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Enroll employees in statutory and supplemental benefits programs, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits, resolving issues and escalating when necessary.
  • Review and process employment contracts and vendor purchase orders, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Communicate HR policies and procedures effectively, responding to employee questions and providing guidance on company guidelines.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and tools (e.g., HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a focus on employee service.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are preferred.
