Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.
- Help manage employee relations by addressing employee concerns and conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
- Participate in performance management by supporting the design and execution of performance evaluation processes.
- Maintain employee records and the HR database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
- Organize company events to enhance team cohesion and employee satisfaction.
