Being part of a growing billion-dollar travel industry, we already have millions in our revenue and a team of a hundred people with offices in San Francisco, Amsterdam, Warsaw, and Mexico City, and we keep expanding.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global HR Director to lead our HR initiatives worldwide. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating and implementing effective talent strategies in multicultural and hybrid / remote work environments. Experience in startups and scaling organizations will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global talent strategy that aligns with our business goals and supports our international expansion.
- Lead staffing and hiring efforts across different regions, ensuring a seamless process that attracts top talent.
- Implement innovative employee retention and engagement programs tailored to a diverse, multicultural workforce.
- Oversee the training and development of our team, ensuring continuous learning and career growth opportunities.
- Manage people operations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and best practices in all regions of operation.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work culture, particularly in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop HR policies that support the company's rapid growth and dynamic nature.
- Leverage experience in both startup environments and scaling businesses to guide HR strategies and practices.
- Handle employee relations and resolve complex HR issues with sensitivity and fairness.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Global HR Director or a similar senior HR role, ideally in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.Experience in developing HR strategies for remote or hybrid work settings across different continents and time zones.Familiarity with labor legislation and HR best practices in various international regions.Strong background in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing startup environment, with experience in scaling organizations.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.Seniority level
