Within the Assignment Services department of People Advisory Services, we focus on advising and providing services in the field of international employee assignments, both to the Netherlands and abroad. This includes mobility advice, payroll instructions, assignment agreements, and managing and supervising various relocation providers. Our services are aimed at both short and long-term assignments, as well as permanent relocation. Our clients are large international organizations and multinationals.

The office

Our office in Eindhoven is within walking distance from the station. Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed by our colleagues. They will gladly show you the way! You can't miss out on the Brabantian conviviality : we work with different teams on the same floor and therefore know each other by name. In the summer, we have lunch or barbecue together on our beautiful rooftop terrace.

Responsibilities – How can you make a lasting impact in a rapidly changing world?

  • You support the teams with the day-to-day case management by providing support in preparing the documentation for the international mobile employees like balance sheet and Cost estimates etc. as well as managing the relocation cases on behalf of our clients, ensuring the smooth transition of the mobile employees.
  • You get the most out of yourself with the help of your personal buddy, who provides you with regular feedback.

  • Job requirements – Where do you start if you want to change the world?

  • You are following Tax, Human Resource or Business Administrative studies and have an interest towards the International Global Mobility, you can apply for this position if you are in the final bachelor's or master's phase.
  • Experience is not necessary, motivation and interest for a specific team is.
  • You have good oral and written expression skills in English (and Dutch is a pré).
  • You have good Knowledge of Microsoft (Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Visio)

    Recruitment procedure – How can you prepare for a long life together?

    The application process consists of a telephone screening, a personality test, and an interview.

    Pre-employment screening

    Due to laws and regulations, and because EY (and in some cases its clients) has high demands on the reliability and integrity of its employees, every new employee will be screened. Depending on your rank the pre-employment screening could contain the following : Certificate of Conduct (in Dutch : VOG) or - if requesting a Dutch VOG is not possible - Criminal Background Check of the country you are currently living or have lived during the last five years, integrity questionnaire, verification of ID, diploma’s and / or work experience and consultation of the Dutch insolvency registry.
