The Role

As the Audience Data Manager , you will :

  • Develop and execute strategic and operational plans to enhance audience management.
  • Advise senior management on budget allocations and strategies for market expansion.
  • Oversee audience engagement and international expansion of the platform´s audience-building for emerging new markets
  • Focus on retention & engagement by optimizing user experience and strategizing for long-term user engagement.
  • Bring a data-driven mindset by analyzing and monitoring audience performance and delivering actionable insights (Power BI).
  • Work cross-functionally (product, tech, marketing, and research) to align audience strategies.
  • Balance short-term solutions with long-term strategic planning to scale operations effectively.
  • Mentor and train more junior team members working on the platform.

Experience

  • Proven expertise in audience management or panel management, preferably within a scale-up or fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in large-scale budget management for cost-efficient user acquisition is a must.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to operate independently and provide innovative solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with dashboards, user data analysis, and operational improvements.
  • Strong communication skills to advise senior stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
  • Familiarity with market research technologies and tools is a plus.
