• have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role;
• have extensive experience working in a Scrum team;

• are a team player who collaborates effectively with various stakeholders and builds bridges between business and IT;
• communicate clearly and to the point;
• have experience in digital environments, such as websites and customer portals;
• have sufficient technical affinity to discuss topics such as APIs, data integration and systems.

This is what you will do as an Agile Business Analyst at customer :

As a Business Analyst, you are the pillar on which the Product Owner and developers can build. With courage and a keen eye for the needs of the customer, you work with your team to optimize the digital experience of our customers. You do this in close collaboration with the four business units : Life, Funeral, Mortgages and Vitality. You are responsible for mapping the wishes of the business and the requirements from a technical perspective. With your analytical view and decisive approach, you translate these into clear features and user stories, with which you help the team and the customer move forward.
