The Job

As a Sales Support Representative at stichd, you will be responsible for managing the complete order process and offering optimal service to our customers and sales force in Retail. You will oversee the order, forecast, and delivery process, ensuring optimal services and support towards the assigned accounts. Furthermore, you will support sales activities to drive the business categories and brand portfolio to maximize turnover and profitability.

Your Mission

  • Ensure excellent services and support towards our customers;
  • Manage incoming orders and sales with an aim for efficiency and excellent service;
  • Nurture and develop customer relations with a focus on maintaining a high service level;
  • Work pro-actively with existing customers;
  • Ensure perfect liaison in forecasting needs from the customers and stock levels;
  • Monitor the order process and ensure products are delivered following customer agreements;
  • Analyze and monitor sales and turnover results of your client portfolio and identify commercial opportunities to Sales;
  • Suggest actions and ways to further improve the business;
  • Be constantly critical about the ways of doing business and proactive for (new) opportunities;
  • Act as a sparring partner for Sales and suggest, identify, inform, and sometimes challenge them in relation to collections, commercial opportunities, terms & conditions, replenishment methods, logistic models, etc.;
  • Coordinate bi-annual sample processes;
  • Plan and prepare sales meetings together with the sales team;
  • Limited travel to visit markets, customers, and be present at International Sales Meetings is expected;
  • Monitor SMU and SH (special handling) processes and ensure on-time delivery;
  • Manage debtor accounts.

Your Talent

  • Commercial experience developed in the Sporting / Fashion goods or FMCG industry;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an economics / sales related field;
  • Strong and positive team player with a solution-focused approach and a high-quality standard of execution and delivery;
  • Knowledge of International trade conditions, incoterms, export procedures, and documentation;
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English;
  • Results-oriented and organizational awareness;
  • Strong operational skills and experience with processes (SMUs, forecasting, Inco terms);
  • Affinity towards digitalization and E-commerce;
  • Proactive and problem-solving, eager to learn, self-starter, self-aware, and self-confident, not afraid to speak up, hands-on;
  • Able to think in processes (think and hands-on mentality);
  • Ability to focus on continuous improvement and development;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word);
  • Knowledge of SAP is preferred;
  • Full-time available (min 32 hours).
  • This role is based in 's-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands. Working remotely from other countries is not possible.

    To be considered for this position, you must be legally authorized to work in the Netherlands without the need for a work permit.
