Campaign and Content Project Manager

We are looking for a consistent and results-driven project manager to join our European marketing team. You will play a key part in bringing our exciting cycling products to life through impactful and engaging projects that resonate with cycling enthusiasts across Europe. From concept to reality, it will be your diligent input that will make the difference in the success of our marketing campaigns.

The Challenge

Project Management : Oversee all offline and online campaign and content projects for Shimano Europe, keeping things running smoothly from start to finish.

Planning : Craft project plans, ensuring everything is aligned and executed flawlessly.

Communication : Collaborate with a diverse group of dedicated professionals, from creative teams to senior management, keeping everyone informed and motivated.

Content : Providing clear and concise briefs to our translation agency

Digital Assets : Upload and manage all (campaign) content in our DAM system, making sure it's organized and accessible.

Processes : Continuously improve our project management processes, keeping things efficient and innovative.

What are we looking for?

Hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field? Education and experience go hand-in-hand

Organizational skills : Navigating a project-rich team, where prioritization and clear decision making are essential to success.

Time management skills : You will be responsible for the planning and completion of many different projects. This requires a high level of time management. Meeting deadlines gives you energy.

Experience with project management tools : Within our organization, we use Monday.com. We rely on this tool to keep everything on track, and you'll be our resident champion.

Thrive in a global environment? Working in a global organization requires steady, clear communication skills. That’s why we are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience. Preferably within an international setting.

English verbal and written fluency isa must.
