The Account & Recruitment Manager – The Netherlands is a key role within the organisation to support the business development of Outsourced Technical Services (OTS), our project staffing department, in PM Group Benelux.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will work with the European OTS Team to hire the best talent into the organization, developing a pipeline of potential candidates for future business growth and acting as first point of contact for our new and strategic clients.
The primary function will be to support the full range of recruitment, OTS Sales and Business Development activities in The Netherlands.
