Area Sales Manager Petrol Stations Netherlands

For our network of gas stations in the area Rotterdam / The Hague , we are looking for one Area Sales Manager .

• 40 hours per week

Your position as Area Sales Manager Petrol Stations Netherlands at the EG Group :

We are looking for someone who is commercially and numerically well-versed and would like to delve deeper into the role.

You will be responsible for 15 to 20 Esso / Texaco locations. You will manage 10 to 15 site managers and indirectly 100 to 300 employees.

In this position, you act as a link between our network of stations and our office in Breda. You will travel frequently to visit your stations and manage managers on location, while also maintaining regular contact with our head office for internal relationships and contacts with all support departments such as HR, Maintenance, HES, and Marketing & Communication.

You will coach, motivate, and manage site managers effectively to increase turnover at the stations. You possess excellent people management skills, strong analytical capabilities, and know how to create the right image and experience in our Esso / Texaco stations.
