We are looking for a Python / Django developer to join our team and help build Darktrace PREVENT / Attack Surface Management and its related services which Darktrace develops. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining the backend of our web application, as well as mentoring other developers and collaborating with stakeholders.
This is a hybrid role, with the expectations of 2 days a week in The Hague office.
Responsibilities :
As a Python / Django developer you will be responsible for designing, developing and testing scalable and modular code using Python and Django. You should be comfortable using tools such as pytest, flake8 and black to provide automated testing and code quality checks.
Additionally, you will document code using docstrings and design documents, translating development tasks from functional specifications to technical designs. You will also be responsible for :

The successful candidate for this role will show a deep passion and drive for delivering high-quality software, as well as being fluent in English (both written and spoken).
The successful candidate must also demonstrate a high level of Python and Django, backed by a proven track record of delivering high-quality performant software using best practices, and must also be familiar with Git, Linux and SQL.
