  • HBO (plus) working and thinking level - 5yrs
  • Experience in working in an executive organization of the central government or a large public service provider - 5 years
  • Demonstrable experience as an analyst with regard to : business processes, information flows and the preparation of problem analyzes, change proposals, impact analyzes - 5 years
