Information Technology Project Manager

Context : Exceptional project - Within the IT transition program for migrating all IT systems from to there is a need for additional project management for 3 systems. These are : Dashboarding, NiceLabel and CMX. Within the current organization, there is no resource available to fulfill this role.

Start Date : ASAP

End Date : 30-6-2025

FTE : 0.6 FTE - 24 hours per week - can be 3 days per week or spread across the week

The 24 hours can be arranged flexibly, although of course the phase in which the project is located must be taken into account. At some times, for example, it may be necessary for a short daily check up (which of course does not always have to be onsite).

Rates : Market Rates

Location : fully on site, The role involves transferring hardware, so it is important that the employee can work onsite

Job description :

The systems : Dashboarding (application for creating dashboards), NiceLabel (application for creating and printing labels) and CMX (application for managing all calibrations) need to be transferred from the IT environment to the IT environment. In order to manage all activities and deliver the desired end result, we are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager.

Main tasks and responsibilities :

• Final result of the obligation (relocation and go-live of the systems)
• Scope : What is involved in the migration, what are the requirements at functional, technical and quality level
• Plan : Determining the desired approach
• Planning : Converting the approach into a correct planning
• Organization : Align with internal stakeholders (customer, SMEs, management, etc.).
• Communication : Regular project update, Project meetings, Program meeting, Customer communication,
• Quality : Validation process
• Languages : English fluent and Dutch nice to have
• We are looking for someone who has experience with migrating hardware (which still has software on it). The "Lift and shift" principle.
• Project management style that is used is time, money, quality, etc.
